The siRNA Target Designer program designs oligonucleotides for use with Promega's systems which can be used to produce siRNA It analyzes input DNA or RNA sequence for regions that fit requirements for design of siRNAs. siRNAs that could target these regions will be displayed along with the sequences of the oligonucleotides needed to produce them with the chosen system, and the complete input sequence with the siRNA regions highlighted.
