GeneProf is a web-based, graphical software suite that allows users either to quickly access public information on genes or to analyze data produced using next-generation sequencing platforms. GeneProf simplifies the construction of complex workflows by providing assistive web forms (‘wizards’) that conceal the underlying complexities of workflow programming. Registration not required.
